HOW TO USE THE JUST KOOL IT PAD: Place the pad in an open container with about 4 cups of water and place in the refrigerator to chill while the pad absorbs the water. In approximately two hours, the pad will absorb two to three cups of water. After removing the pad from the water the excess water can be lightly squeezed out. If the pad is wetter than you would like, wrap it in a towel for a few minutes and then apply to the desired area for instant cooling relief. The pad is soft and will mold to your body. When the cooling affect has subsided, simply put the pad into the refrigerator for an hour or so. Experiment, for me, I preferred the colder the better. Do not freeze. You won’t need to immerse the pad in water again for several days unless you would like to speed up the cooling effect, in which case, use cold water. When you have finished with your Just Kool It pad, place it in an "open" container and store it in the refrigerator for future use. A sealed container or zip lock bag could cause mildew. For maximum effect, have two pads and keep them cooling in the refrigerator. The pad will stay hydrated for several days. Pad can be rehydrated at any time. Just Kool It is reusable. If desired, after use, rinse lightly with water or wash with a mild soap and rinse well. Do not use on broken skin until you have checked with your medical provider. If contamination is a concern, use kitchen plastic wrap between the pad and the area in need. Do not freeze your pad. The pad and contents are safe and non toxic. The pad is not a toy and should be kept away from children and pets.
